There Is A Light That Never Goes Out

1 hour

Belfast City Hall

Free non-religious event for bereaved parents to remember their baby.

This event is now fully booked however…

Due to the overwhelming response to the ‪#‎BelfastBabyDay event THERE IS A LIGHT THAT NEVER GOES OUT, we’ve decided to EXTEND the cut off time for lighted memory leaf messages. If you or anyone you know, ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD has been affected by miscarriage, stillbirth or the loss of an infant you can contact us on and your memories will be added to the tree.

All messages will be returned to their owners by post, free of charge, courtesy of Sands NI (Stillbirth And Neonatal Death Support)

Cut off time for messages: Midnight on Friday 25th September 2015

A leafless tree comes to life with the light of your hand-written memory leaves as the cast of TiNY sing lullabies at this free non-religious event.

The evening will include a welcome from Dr. Suzanne Zeedyk, whose illuminating research focuses on parent-infant relationships, and a private preview of “The Belfast BabyDay Lullaby” in advance of its official world première on BabyDay.
